Yes, we are more than just TREKFEST.
And Yes, "anyone can volunteer" to help out at any time.
The Riverside Area Community Club (RACC) is a non-profit, all volunteer organization working to help the Riverside area.
Money raised by RACC is spent on community events ranging from: academic scholarships, first responders, the boy and girl scouts, and more. We also sponsor special projects like new playground equipment. And yes, our biggest event and fundraiser of the year is TREKFEST. RACC entirely plans and implements TREKFEST, every year we do something new.
The Riverside Area Community Club (RACC), meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. We meet at OUR NEW LOCATION -->THE RIVER ROOM<-- by City Hall (see the map on our home page or use the "DIRECTIONS" link). Any member of the community is welcome to be part of RACC.
These scheduled meetings have changes [see events page]:
The club traditionally holds no meetings in December.
If you are interested in finding out how we work or think you may want to participate in the planning of Trek Fest and other important community events or projects please, come visit us and sit in on a meeting - you are welcome to listen in. If you would like more information please use the contact button on this web page and someone will get back with you shortly.
Please have patience on response time as we are an all volunteer organization with many commitments just like you. Thank you.
